Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items returned damaged due to misuse.
- Products returned in a different condition than received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items, subject to product availability.
